SEND Support at Early Educators
At Early Educators Montessori, we welcome every child and work closely with families, our SENCO and other professionals to provide inclusive support tailored to each child’s individual needs.
We work with other agencies and professionals to ensure we have the necessary skills and resources to meet each child’s learning and development needs.
Our team is committed to working closely with parents and carers to support each child’s individual needs and help them reach their full potential.
All parents want the best for their children, and they hope they will be happy and get on well in their early education.
If you have any concerns about your child’s development or progress, please speak with your child’s key person or our SENCO at an early stage.
This is known as differentiation .
That means that if your child learns more slowly or in a different way from other children, the nursery can set different work or try different teaching strategies. If you are concerned about your child’s progress it is important to talk to our SENCO at an early stage.
Most children will progress well using the nursery’s usual differentiation. However, some children will need more help or different help in order to make good enough progress.
These children are considered to have special educational needs and they will receive SEN support .
